Privacy policy

This page explains what information Jennie Dolly collects and how it’s used. In short: only what’s needed to deliver your patterns, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• Orders: your email address, optional name, the patterns you bought and the payment reference. We need these to deliver your files and help you later.
• Payments: handled by PayPal (or by your bank for VietQR transfers). We don’t receive or store card numbers.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email and when you confirmed. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Photos you share: if you send a photo of your make, we store the photo, the name and Instagram handle you entered, and your email (never shown publicly).
• Basic statistics: anonymous page view counts. If Google Analytics is enabled, it uses cookies to measure visits.

Your cart

Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) and isn’t sent to us until you check out.

Your PDFs

Downloaded PDFs are stamped with your email address and order number to discourage unauthorized sharing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing us. We keep order records as long as required for accounting.
